Taking all the information gathering during the requirements phases Messe Creative creates in depth wireframes for each page template to show the layout and functionality of each page.

This helps us get the basics of the website right before moving into the design phase.

Professional & advanced package only

We then move into the extensive design phase where the style, brand preferences and requirements are applied to the wireframes with a key focus on user experience, conversions and ensuring clear consistent design and styles sitewide. This phase includes extensive target market research, and competitor analysis.

The first designs delivered are the concepts for the homepage allowing refinement of the design which then sets the basis for the "kitchen sink" which we use to create consistent styles across the entire site. 

With all the information gathered in the requirements phase if the starter package, or the designs in the professional & advanced packages we craft a homepage on the staging site. 

Once you're happy with the homepage we get to work implementing this and building out the required pages on the staging site to your brand and needs. 

The acceptance testing phase is where we ask you to go through the website with a fine tooth comb, testing all your user scenarios and needs. If there are any bugs or elements that need to be adjusted you can use issue tracking system allowing effective management of all issues with up to date status reports on each issue. This removes the hassle of email chains and issues getting lost.

Within the acceptance testing phase we provide an extensive training workshop and documentation specific to your site allowing you to manage the content on your site.

With all this knowledge under your belt you're ready to start loading up the site with the required content, and we're here for any questions that may arise at this time. 

Having undergone an extensive acceptance testing phase and having had all the content loaded into the site we prepare the website for go live with all relevant people notified.

This includes a final round of testing to ensure none of the added content has created bugs.

We can also work with your SEO specialist to ensure that all old pages are redirected maintaining SEO value and ensuring a smooth consumer journey. Further to this we inform google to crawl the site, getting it indexed sooner providing a better experience to customers as quickly as possible.

We offer a warranty on all work completed, so if you happen to find a bug within the scope of the project we'll fix it for free within the warranty period.

We also offer a monthly retainer depending on your needs for ongoing support and maintenance or continual updates and changes to the site.
