Doctors on demand is an Australian service providing 24/7 healthcare on demand through a range of services. We worked with them to improve the design and user experience across key pages of their website and app.
With the homepage being such a crucial part of a new customers experience with the company we undertook a redesign to make it clear what was on offer and how Doctors on Demand could help.
We simplified the display of the core offerings, with carousels to display the information and change the content below to lead people on a journey relevant to their needs.
Waiting room designs
Doctors on Demand approached us to redesign to their waiting room screens for their app to make them more informative and user friendly.
Illustrations and colour to brought them to life, and also meant the Doctors on Demand team didn’t need to get a photo of each doctor to display.
Prescription page
The prescription page was another key page on the site that needed a major overhaul in order to make it much simpler to understand the prescription process for customers.
We simplified this down and condensed the information into a clear journey
