Agrifunder

The website

Agrifunder approached us to redesign and re-develop their website in order to make it easier for them to manage the content themselves, as well as visually reflect the values of the company. The site housed an extensive application form for finance applications that we need a big user experience upgrade. Their previous site wasn’t integrated with Salesforce so leads and applications had to be manually entered into the system.

The design of the Agrifunder site had to be simple and clear, while leading users on a journey through the information they needed.

Using real images of the Australian landscape and livestock brought the site to life. We used a lot of iconography and animated accordions to break the information into easily digestible chunks ensuring the viewer wasn’t overwhelmed.

One of the main areas of the site that had a UX overhaul was the application form, which we completely re-designed and re-arranged across a range of responsive sizes to ensure that users found it as easy to fill out as possible.

The site was developed to be completely responsive ensuring ease of navigation and the completion of forms for users.

The multi-step form was custom built to ensure the most optimal user experience, form submissions were stored in the backend of the site as encrypted data, and a custom salesforce integration created to ensure that all the fields and data could be sent into salesforce accurately and automatically.

All other forms on the site were created with gravity forms and integrated with salesforce in order to make it easy for the Agrifunder team to add, edit and integrate forms on the fly as needed in the future.

As its such a long form we also implemented a “continue this form later” function to reduce drop off rates and encourage users to complete the form later even if they needed to stop the process.

Print advertising

As Agrifunder’s target audience are high consumers of traditional media, we created a range of different advertisements that ran in papers across Australia and could also be used as flyers at events if required.

Digital
advertising

Agrifunder have a range of partners across the country and required a range of co-branded social ads that still aligned with their brand and website, but directed customers to a partner.
